Hello!How's your weekend?I had a really great one!!This Saturday my teammates and I had a basketball cup to play.This cup was held by two schools and had many other schools attending.At first,we were really worry because one of the school plays really well and we had never beat them before.What's worse,many teammates can't participate in the cup so we only got seven players to play in all games in one day.T first game was early in the morning,maybe it was because that we hadn't wake up,we didn't play really well.Luckily,we still won the game.Our coach wasn't happy about our performance so after her solemn talk,we all woke up and were ready for the rest of the games.The next game we were challenging our biggest enemy,everyone played nervously at first because we didn't wanna mis any ball.After a while we found our own pace and could play smoothly.Unexpectedly,we won the game!!!!Everyone hugged together happily but was not release yet.Because of the national ranking,we had to play with them again!!But we didn't give up,at the second game everyone tried harder and trusted each other.Even though we were all tired , no one stopped but played harder.Finally,we won them and won the championship!!!We screamed and shouted loudly to release our excitement and happiness.This was a glory for all of us!!!
After this game,I learned that playing basketball was not just for winning the first place,what meant more is to enjoy the game and treasure the time with teammates.I love them all and I think I am so lucky to meet them!!!

ReplyDeleteCongratulations on the basketball tournament! That's amazing with just 7 players. Everyone must have been exhausted the next day. Who are the girls from this years class, and last years class, who are on the team? Will the class have another tournament like last year?
